Another Reason I Can't Stay Here Forever

This article from TIMEAsia Magazine is a good explanation of one major issue here that really angers me. Mind you, it offers no solutions to solving the problem--which could be helped by things like giving men more time off so they can actually actively be husbands and fathers.
